- Added in Part 7.2.1 - "The CRT may also participate, in an advisory capacity, on a committee convened to establish a Source Water Protection Plan, if requested."
- Added in parts 5.1 and 6.1 - "errors and omissions" to provide enhanced description of the type of liability insurance.
